Our Team

The Board of Directors of Love for L’Allemand is made up of 8 members who actively pray for, support and have been to L’Allemand, Haiti. We believe that God united all of the board members through various circumstances and interactions to be a part of this organization to play specific roles as needed.  Together, the board passionately strives to assist the work of Pastor Fontaine, the church, the school, and the community with its leaders, while trying not to create dependency or exert unnecessary control.  It is the desire of the board that this mission will always be led and operated by Haitians, who better know how to serve their own people and community. 

The board exists to offer advice, maintain a level of accountability with the Haitian leadership, and assist when needed.  The board is assisted through advice, research, and translating by several local young men and women.
